Permit Management for Florida General Contractors

Your project manager should be running the job, not refreshing a permit portal. We take the whole permitting function off your team — filing, tracking, registrations, revisions and close-out — across every jurisdiction you work in.

The problem

What actually costs you time

01

The office manager problem

Somewhere in most contracting businesses there is one person who has quietly become the permit department. They know which portals work, which counters accept walk-ins, and which reviewer wants what. They are also the reason nothing else gets done on Tuesdays. When they leave, the knowledge leaves.

02

The registration surprise

You win a job three towns over and discover at the permit counter that you are not registered in that municipality. Now the job start slips by two weeks for a form you could have filed in advance.

03

The abandoned close-out

The work passed, the crew moved on, and nobody scheduled the final. Two years later a homeowner's closing gets held up and your name is on the permit.

04

The second rejection

Comments came back, someone answered them narratively instead of showing the correction on the drawings, and the resubmittal bounced. That is another full review cycle on a job you already scheduled crews for.

What we take off your plate

  • Permit filing across every jurisdiction you bid in, with a named specialist on each file
  • Municipal registration set up and renewed before it lapses, in every city and county you work
  • Insurance and workers' compensation certificates pushed to every jurisdiction on renewal
  • Plan review tracking with comment triage inside 24 hours
  • Revision and resubmittal packaging built to clear in one cycle
  • Inspection scheduling and close-out driven to final so permits do not sit open
  • Qualifier changes propagated across every registration you hold
  • A weekly status view across all your open permits, in one place

Questions from general contractors

Do you work under our license?

Yes. We act as your authorized agent under your license and qualifier with signed authorization on file. We never pull permits under our own license on your behalf.

Can you handle volume?

Yes. Contractors running twenty or more concurrent permits across multiple counties are our best fit, because that is where the coordination cost is highest.

How do you charge?

Flat professional fee per permit for project work, or a monthly managed arrangement for contractors with steady volume. Government fees are always separate and passed through at cost.

Can you take over permits already in progress?

Yes, including stalled ones. We pull the current status and comment history and take it from there.

What clients say

Contractors, realtors and owners we have unstuck

★★★★★
They handled our after-the-fact permit situation when we thought we were stuck. Two months of dead-end phone calls, and they had it resolved and closed.
Michael R.General Contractor · Miami, FL
★★★★★
We were three days from closing when the title search turned up an open permit from 2019. They got it closed out and the deal went through on time.
Sarah T.Realtor · Jacksonville, FL
★★★★★
Our plans had been sitting in review for seven weeks with no movement. They took over the file, chased the comments, and we had the permit in twelve days.
