The qualifier change nobody scopes properly

When a qualifying agent changes, the DBPR filing is the beginning, not the end. Every municipal registration you hold references that qualifier and has to be updated separately. Every portal account may need updating. Insurance certificates may need reissuing. Permits already in review under the old qualifier may need to be addressed.

Contractors routinely make the state filing, assume they are done, and then hit rejections at permit counters for months afterwards. Renewal is a deadline problem, not a paperwork problem

Contractor license renewals in Florida run on a biennial cycle with continuing education requirements attached. The failure mode is almost never the form. It is discovering in the last week that the CE hours are short, or that a course was not reported by the provider, or that the license lapsed while the mail went to an old address.

We track the dates, confirm the CE is actually posted to your record rather than merely completed, and file early enough that a problem is fixable.
